Testimonial
"Before working with Sarah, I dreaded getting dressed every day, and nothing I wore really felt like me. Sarah helped me feel stylish and creative with my clothing for the first time in my life, and now getting dressed makes me feel bold, confident, and excited to be seen in the world."
– Heidi, The Style Shift
Sound Familiar?
You’ve come out of a relationship, recently or a while ago, and you’ve changed a lot since, but your style hasn’t caught up.
The thought of dating again comes with a very real “what the hell would I even wear?”
You keep reaching for safe, fine outfits when part of you wants to turn it right up.
You want to walk into a date, a party or a room full of new people and feel like you, not like you’re trying too hard.
Outfits that make you say F*ck Yeah in the mirror, in photos, on a first date and anywhere else life takes you.
This isn't a quick fix. It's your springboard.
In six weeks, you'll get the clarity, skills and go-to outfits that take your style from fine to F*ck Yeah.
More importantly, you'll leave knowing how to keep building on it long after we finish.
How The Style Shift: Next Chapter Works
Week 1: Style Vision
We get honest about where you are now, including anything from your last relationship that’s still showing up in how you get dressed. Then we create the vision for how you want to look and feel, in your outfits and in your life.
Weeks 2–5: Uncovering and developing your style
You learn the real skills (proportion, silhouette, colour) as a language for translating that feeling into what you wear, not as rules to follow. We use them on your own wardrobe, build repeatable recipes that are entirely yours, fill any real gaps, and I show you how to shop for yourself.
Week 6 and beyond: Living it
You've been practising in real life all along, with my feedback between sessions. You leave with your personal style resources to refer back to, and a plan to keep experimenting and evolving your style as you do. And if you’re ready to start dating again, we’ll put together a simple plan for getting back out there.
What Makes This Different?
This isn't:
A pile of rigid style rules
A one-off wardrobe clear-out with no strategy
A Pinterest board you'll never use
Cookie-cutter templates
It's holistic style coaching, style education, support and momentum, so you don't just think about the change. You feel it every time you get dressed.
Who Is This For?
The Style Shift is for women who are ready to:
Stop carrying their last relationship into how they get dressed
Build a style that feels like who they are now
Feel confident and F*ck Yeah going into dating whenever they’re ready, or simply feel fabulous dating themselves and living their life
It's not for women looking for a quick shopping fix, or anyone who wants a rigid set of "must-have" rules.
How Much Time Does This Take?
Between sessions, you'll spend about 10–15 minutes a few times a week trying outfits and snapping a pic for feedback. It's designed to fit into a busy life, not take it over.
If you've ever spent £300 on clothes that never leave the hanger, this investment will pay you back in clarity, confidence and outfits you'll wear on repeat.
The Investment £777

"Clothes became fun and, even more importantly, the outfits we were creating felt like a version of myself I'd only ever dreamt of. I went from wanting to hide in the shadows to wanting to shout, scream and be seen! … Do it! Best investment I've made in YEARS.”
– Sarah B, The Style Shift.
Hi, I'm Sarah, I classify myself as a Unicorn Coach!
I’ve spent years coaching people in fitness, nutrition, personal development, dating and relationships. Different subjects, same job: helping them feel good.
And my background is why I knew I had to take a holistic approach to personal styling.
I fell into a “meh”, boring outfits era in my 30s and early 40s. My outfits were “fine”, but they showed no personality and never felt like me. (Glance right for proof!)
My wardrobe was full, but the combinations I put together never quite worked. Now and again I’d land on an outfit that did, but I couldn’t repeat it, so I always ended up back in fine. The inner work I’d been doing had changed who I was on the inside, but my wardrobe was still dressed for the woman I used to be.
Everything changed when I started trusting my own likes and dislikes and spotting the through-lines that made up my personal style.
From there, remixing became easy. I could see how to create outfits that felt exciting, true to me and simple to wear. Clothes I’d ignored for years suddenly worked in new ways, and I actually started saying F*ck Yeah when I looked in the mirror.
That’s exactly what I’ll guide you to do inside The Style Shift: Style & Love.
